Ferrahn had left after having looked at Damyn's body and saying it wasn't much. He'd dragged Razkil (and Errand and Silren) along with him when he'd left, but he'd not said Seph couldn't take pictures of Razkil's F28 with Damyn. *grin* Razkil's head looks even bigger than usual when he's next to Damyn. *_*

Seeing how Ferrahn will never be looking at these pictures, this picture could be taken. *grin*

We'd been saying how Damyn could be a catman too, once he got leggings for his arms and legs like Ferrahn's Go Guy. And ears too, of course. ^_^

Well, anyways, Seph did get nervous taking liberties with Ferrahn's Go Guy, so she had Razkil's F28 take him back. (Just in case the cat _did_ see the pictures above and throws a fit. ^_~)

One of the friends who'd been over with PhoenixLancer really liked Kamahn's Hyuui, and before he'd left, he put him in this pose. Seph only noticed the next afternoon. ^_^

The Latidoll Red body looks awesome. It poses and stands very well. There's a limit in wrist movement, and the one-piece torso is something we're not used to, but it looks really good as it is. ^o^ The overall look and feel is good. While Seph likes the body, it doesn't really fit very well with any of our Volks dolls as the Latidoll Red heads are too small and everyone else would look out of proportion with it, which is a good thing since it means one less doll-want. *grin*

As for Ferrahn and the other two cats' opinions... They went over the differences between their Go Guy bodies and the Latidoll Red body and, obviously, they were in favour of their own. It's in their opinions that the Go Guy body sculpt is superior because it's _fit_, and not overly muscular. Luthien had noted that no cat in their right mind would spend that much time toning their body when they could be sleeping and enjoying lazy afternoons together. *grin* The cats also prefer the fact that they have wide shoulders that taper down to slender waists. *grin*

So the verdict (to us) is: the Neo Go Guys are preferred compared to the larger more muscular resin BJDs.

Ever since getting Yuki and his SD16 body, we've been looking at other muscular doll bodies to see how they compare, and we also have a habit of using the Neo Go Guy bodies in comparison. We enjoy how aesthetically pleasing the Neo Go Guy body sculpt is despite their many joints, so it's been used as our benchmark. There has been many a time when we'd all wished that the Volks SD16 body is less jointed, as his belly with its separate joint is really unaesthetic to look at. ^_^; We're hoping to see something good from Volks when it comes to muscle-tone; something that's not as bulky as the SD16, and would pose a lot easier. It's interesting to see how other companies have decided on detail and more muscle definition to set themselves apart, but on the whole, we prefer an aesthetic look in combination with posability over definition.
